Thank you for the email and for getting in touch. We understand Notary fees are a key consideration and particularly for a charity requiring notarisation services. Our Notary Offices charges a fixed Notary fee per document at the rate of:

£100 + VAT for the first document notarised by our London Notary Public; and
£50 + VAT for each subsequent document notarised by our London Notary Public.

Therefore if there are 2 documents per individual, namely 6 documents in total which would need to be Notarised then the fixed fee would be £350 + VAT. Please let me know if you require any further information at this stage.

Comment on Becoming a Notary Public – What was I thinking!?! by Matthew https://mdpryke-notary.com/2019/07/becoming-a-notary-public-what-was-i-thinking/#comment-152 Thu, 19 Mar 2020 01:57:30 +0000 https://www.mdpryke-notary.com/?p=4361#comment-152 In reply to Silekiwe Audrey Mwenelupembe.

Thanks for the message and for taking the time to get in touch. To Qualify as a Notary Public in England and Wales you need to undertake a 2-year postgraduate course. The best starting place is to contact The Notarise Society and particularly the Education Secretary who will be able to provide further information on the qualification and course requirements to become a Notary Public. I can recommend following this link in the first instance https://www.thenotariessociety.org.uk/pages/becoming-a-notary. Good luck and please do get in touch if you need any further information.

Comment on Free Apostille Legalisation advice – Notary Secrets Episode 2 by Marlene Jenkin https://mdpryke-notary.com/2019/06/free-apostille-legalisation-advice-notary-secrets-episode-2/#comment-150 Wed, 31 Jul 2019 02:01:01 +0000 https://www.mdpryke-notary.com/?p=4276#comment-150 We are being driven crazy by the Greek Tax system. We requested an Apostile from the Coventry Office which it seems was wrong. We need an Apostile for a UK Tax Residecy Certificate as the Greeks will not accept our document without an Apostile. We have somehow musunderstood and have ended up with an Apostile for our Birth Certificates. HELP. So confusing and the Greeks tell you nothing.

Comment on NOTARISING UNIVERSITY DEGREES – NEW DEGREE DATACHECKS AVAILABLE TO NOTARY PUBLIC by Terence Stephen Franchetti https://mdpryke-notary.com/2015/02/notarising-university-degrees-new-degree-datachecks-available-to-notary-public/#comment-147 Thu, 28 Jul 2016 12:59:44 +0000 https://www.mdpryke-notary.com/?p=2107#comment-147 Dear sir,
My name is Terence Franchetti, an Englishman living & working in China. Due to changes in China’s visa system, degrees (mine is from the University of Birmingham) will, in future, need to be notarised.

Hence:
1) Would it be possible to DHL you my degree from China, have it notarised & returned to me in China by DHL? Obviously I would bear the cost.

2) What is involved in notarising a degree? How long does it take?

3) I am currently in China & would greatly prefer not to have to return to the UK to get this done, is that possible?

It is worth noting that this document simply one more bit of paperwork involved in getting a working visa here, another piece of paper that is looked at briefly, crossed off a list, stamped & then put to one side, totally disregarded so if there is any way to expedite the process, please let me know

I look forward to your reply.

Terry Franchetti
