Thank you for the email and for getting in touch. We understand Notary fees are a key consideration and particularly for a charity requiring notarisation services. Our Notary Offices charges a fixed Notary fee per document at the rate of:

£100 + VAT for the first document notarised by our London Notary Public; and
£50 + VAT for each subsequent document notarised by our London Notary Public.

Therefore if there are 2 documents per individual, namely 6 documents in total which would need to be Notarised then the fixed fee would be £350 + VAT. Please let me know if you require any further information at this stage.

We are a UK registered charity with an office in Bostwana. We need a Commissioner of Oaths to certify three Acceptance of Trusteeship by Trustee for the Government of Botswana. Also, we would need the IDs of these three trustees to be certified by a UK notary.
