Thanks for the message and for taking the time to get in touch. To Qualify as a Notary Public in England and Wales you need to undertake a 2-year postgraduate course. The best starting place is to contact The Notarise Society and particularly the Education Secretary who will be able to provide further information on the qualification and course requirements to become a Notary Public.
